Our Company
Overseas AS is a company interested in the prospects of trade and economic cooperation between the Scandinavian countries Norway, Sweden and Denmark and the MENA region (Middle East, North Africa), in all trading sectors, especially in petroleum, petroleum services, and supplies related to petroleum industry technology and other energy sectors.
Aim
Exploring company potentials in linking the three continents in various economic fields. We aim to cover needs in these markets linking the Northern Europe with the MENA countries. Integration of the requirements and needs of each country’s market could open promising opportunities of safe investments in the aforementioned economic areas.
Mission
Establishment of new markets and operations in the Middle East and North Africa region through the provision of insured legal contracts to collaborate with Gulf-based companies within the petroleum, energy , technology and other economic fields.

He has been responsible for construction and re-building, classification of a number of different ships over the last 35 years. He has also long experience as shipbroker, both within P&S and chartering.

Myrnes has 25 year experience as a shipbroker both within P&S as well as chartering of different type of vessels as well as gas carriers. Specialist in gas-carriers.

Bornes has been working as a technical consultant and classification surveyor for a numbers of years. He has a long experience in shipping industry as well as operation and construction of vessels.
